IANOS is organising a workshop dedicated to the main challanges and opportunities regarding the clean energy transition process on islands, specifically focusing on the Italian island of Lampedusa. In particular, national and regional regulations may present different obstacles towards this process, as well as local boundary conditions.
To this scope, a workshop is organised to discuss clean transition priorities, opportunities and barriers, involving local stakeholders on the fellow island of Lampedusa. Within this workshop, other European and Italian cases will be presented by the involved municipalities and stakeholders active on islands.
The workshop is free of charge and open to everyone.
The event will take place at the “Area Marina Protetta delle Isole Pelagie” in Lampedusa.

IANOS sta organizzando un workshop dedicato alle principali sfide ed opportunità relative al processo di transizione energetica sulle isole, focalizzandosi in particolare, sull’isola italiana di Lampedusa.
In particolare, le regolamentazioni nazionali e regionali possono presentare diversi ostacoli nella realizzazione di tale processo, così come i vincoli locali.
Per questa ragione, organizziamo un workshop per discutere delle priorità, opportunità e barriere nella transizione energetica coinvolgendo gli stakeholders locali nell’isola di Lampedusa.
All’interno di questo workshop, altri casi Europei ed Italiani saranno presentati dalle loro municipalità e dagli stakeholders attivi sulle isole.
